NSSN 524: Stop union busting on the buses & support the strikes

This week’s NSSN bulletin headlines with the fight to stop union victimisation on the buses. Two union reps are fighting for their jobs. Declan Clune RMT was sacked by Bluestar in Hampshire last Friday. Moe Muhsin Manir Unite is in a disciplinary on a gross misconduct charge at the Abellio Walworth garage in South London. 382: NSSN Conference July 7 – support June 30 NHS protest

The NSSN steering committee has decided to put our annual conference back a week to avoid a clash of dates with a national day of action to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the NHS on June 30th. NSSN cancels conference to support July 1st demo

As our supporters and affiliates will know, this year’s conference of the National Shop Stewards Network (our 11th) is due to take place in London on Saturday July 1st. Hundreds of trade union and anti-cuts campaigners will be preparing to take part in discussions and debates about the crucial struggles and disputes facing working people. NSSN 300: NSSN Conference – “Now is the time to ramp things up”
