The NSSN sends our congratulations and solidarity to workers in three important disputes who last week secured welcome victories as a result of taking action. After 9 weeks of occupation, shipyard workers in Unite and GMB at Harland & Wolff in Belfast have seen a new owner take over the business. NSSN 383: Support the Wilmington waste recycling workers – stop the suspensions! The suspension of two of the Wilmington waste recycling workers, who are members of Unison after they returned to work following a successful first week on strike is a clear attempt to intimidate the workers into cancelling future strike action.  It has failed.
