This week’s NSSN bulletin highlights this year’s Black History Month (BHM), which takes place every October. Black and Asian workers have played a vital role in the labour and trade union movement – from the Bristol Bus Boycott in the 1960s to Grunwicks in the 1970s to the strikes that are taking place every week.
