POSTPONED – 600: Come to NSSN TUC Congress Rally & Lobby this Sunday

September 6, 2022 in Bulletins

The TUC has postponed next week’s TUC Congress following the Queen passing away. It appears that the Congress will now be held in October or November, still in Brighton. Therefore, the NSSN has had to postpone our rally and lobby, that were due to take place this coming Sunday. We will organise it when the TUC Congress is reconvened. The issues that have seen the wave of strikes develop, above all the cost of living crisis, continue to face workers. Therefore we still need to campaign for the unions to strike together. We will keep you informed of the new date for the NSSN TUC Congress […]

NSSN 592: #BorisGone – now strike together to smash Tory pay cap!

July 12, 2022 in Bulletins

This week’s NSSN bulletin celebrates the removal of Boris Johnson as prime minister, and we keep fighting to get rid of the Tory government as a whole. We don’t believe that it is accidental that this has happened in the midst of the strike wave that is developing as workers face the spiralling cost of living crisis. Johnson was finally forced out a fortnight after the RMT rail strike. The bosses’ Tory government is in chaos and divided about who should be their next prime minister, although they united to bring in even more anti-union measures last night. This crisis […]
