Clarification: Balfour Beatty threatens injunction against sparks strike

01 December Earlier today we reported that Balfour Beatty had received an injunction from the courts to stop the electricians' strike on December 7th.

This appears not to be the case with the latest news we have received saying Balfour Beatty have threatened an injunction of the ballot.
