This week, we headline two disputes – one that has just burst out in the North Sea oil fields and the other reaching its 50th day! Over 400 members of Unite and RMT working for Wood Group on Shell platforms went on strike today – the first in the offshore oil and gas industry in almost 3 decades – which follows a ban on overtime which came into force yesterday.
