As expected, the Tory Trade Union Bill passed its 3rd reading last night November 10th. It now goes to the Lords. But we must keep up the pressure and prepare for resisting it of it becomes law. A rally organised by the Trade Union Coordinating Group (TUCG) made it clear this attack on trade union rights would not pass without resistance. NSSN 263: PCS National Gallery victory, Tory Party demo & TUCG #KillTheBill protest Oct 13 The NSSN salutes the workers at the National Gallery and their union PCS as they return to work after over 100 days of strike action. RMT General Secretary Mick Cash will be joining the top table line up at our rally at this year’s TUC conference in Brighton. Mick will be joining fellow General Secretary Mark Serwotka of the PCS as one of the keynote speakers, a great boost for the aims of the rally and lobby. The NSSN are pleased to announce that PCS General Secretary Mark Serwotka will be speaking at our rally at this year’s TUC conference in Brighton. The rally will be part of a lobby called by the NSSN.
